Current Employee The good: Overall, Thomson Reuters is a solid organization. The compensation structure is par for tech sales positions. The people are professionals and business-focused, allowing for autonomy and ton of work-life flexibility.
The bad: The remote aspect can make reps feel disconnected, forcing them to rely on internal chat channels and company portals for answers. Managing Salesforce is a mess. Billing issues are a major pain point.
