Current Employee2.6Dec 5, 2024New Quotas have us stressing - we feel like management is punishing us for blowing previous quota out of the water. We are supposed to change to revenue base criteria so we can better help customers and for us to reach higher OTE, however having crazy decelerators, quota caps, and super high quotas makes this job now feel like a churn and burn org.
