Founder/CEO left in January 23 and his replacement aggressively “managed performance” to the tune of 25 AE/SDEs leaving in the first half of 2023. Only the most senior 5-6 reps made any money. Toxic culture featuring increasing micromanagement and unrealistic performance expectations. Red flag city. Avoid.

Commission was nonexistent. There have been sales reps who have been working there for over a year and they would say that the highest commission check they’ve received was $100. A heavily white-dominated environment. Biased treatment. Managers who are not fit for the role.
