Former Employee First off, people on the sales team are leaving in exodus (for good reasons), so I’m sure Todyl will be hiring heavily in the coming months. Heed my warning.
I would only recommend working here if you have 0 other options.
Nobody (repeat, nobody) hits quota, not even exaggerating. Account manager quota attainment in July was 3% (not a typo)
Base is decent, but you would be making more money anywhere else.
Promotion path is unclear.
Not much training is available.
Sales leadership is trying to make changes, but company leadership is making it difficult / impossible.
Oh and 5 days a week in office sucks.
