Current Employee Developing market. Slightly stalled with present economic conditions but back on the upswing. Professional Development is non-existent. Leadership is solid, but would benefit from more transparency and clear strategic direction. Compensation has shifted away from the SF/NY tech rates and moved closer to a “remote work median”.
Quota is achievable for many AEs, attainable for some SDRs, and seems to be difficult for AMs. Limited segmentation, Enterprise is the only Sales team.
