Former Employee They take advantage of you and force you to call until you almost lose your voice. The commission structure is terrible, and they hire a ton because the turnover is through the roof. Nobody is looking to stay here long term.
The Leadership is a joke. I was interviewing for an AE role after working here as an SDR and they laughed when I asked why they chose me to interview out of the few candidates. They then proceeded to tell me it was because I was one of the few that hit a certain metric and they were basically forced to interview due to their "promotion outline". They don't care or take an interest in employees even though they are under 100 employees.
My advice is to run from this place. You can get your foot in the door and experience somewhere else if you're early in your career.
