Lots of people quit, always hiring for that reason. Would not recommend due to product market fit. Savings are misleading and not the best, hard to sign people up when they notice that. Sketch practices to make customer blind till they sign up and realize lack of savings.

The product? Fantastic. The culture? Mixed bag. The company wants results more than anything- so while roles that are focused on sustainability and growth (ops, onboarding, etc) have the ability to utilize benefits. Attrition at this company is off the charts. Over 50% of reps will be forced out or quit within 90 days. On average 30% will hit quota. Get ready to do lots of cold calling as the AE role is viewed as "full cycle" which just means you generate your own business and SDR support is "gravy". It's been said the AE role is a glorified SDR position.
