Despite the terrible hours, 85 percent attrition rate and terrible leadership I was able to make money. Leave in good standing and try and move on after making them millions and they will probably try to sue you. Terrible culture. In my years I saw womanizing, racism, and nepotism run rampt. They tell you it's base + commission until you get to, if you get to, making commission then you find out it's base OR commission. Do not recommend.

They play favorites at TQL. The big accounts were given to those who were holding a leadership position or to those who leadership liked.

Training is pretty thorough but everything else isn't great. The leads are ver over saturated.
