I’ve worked here for a very long time and believe you can do well here, but definitely need help from upper management. Also, work life balance is terrible and management can be very unhelpful often

Advice to management: increase base pay for entry-level candidates to be competitive with other large 3PLs. Non-compete should be gotten rid of.

Additional compensation is virtually unattainable, have to rely on businesses to pay bills on time for you to get paid.
