Former Employee3.1Oct 1, 2025Mid. Lot of cold calls and tough leads. Fine place to start but def don’t want to stay here long. Much better options especially in tech if you are Able to get into those companies. Thats all I gotta say its is just very mid.

Recruiters lie during every interview about commission structure, growth opportunities, and encourage you to lie to the new-highers when they shadow you during the interview process.
