How is attainment looking for AE's? And is the culture as positive as things seem on Glassdoor? Curious to hear how everyones' experience has been

At Tractian, we win together and our numbers show it. Roughly 75–80% of our quota-carrying AEs consistently meet or exceed their targets quarter after quarter.

We don’t believe in inflated quotas that no one hits. We believe in building a team of hungry, humble, hardworking, intelligent, accountable, and coachable players who show up every day to compete, learn, and win.

Our culture is as positive as it looks, but it’s also competitive in the best way. We consider ourselves a high-performance sports team: everyone pushing each other to improve, celebrating wins big and small, and holding themselves to a championship standard.

The attainment is good for some AEs and poor for others. But the problem is the average deal cycle which can be from 3 months to 1 year in some cases.

Another problem are the territories because selling to a good company means huge chances of getting good upsells otherwise you will close small deal

The culture will depend highly on you if it’s positive or not. Because the founders see Tractian as a “high performance sport team” where you just play to get good results and get paid for participating.

But they won’t see a family in the team, so don’t expect to celebrate holidays there.
