Current Employee I left the company because I was becoming father and there was two factors which were the main reasons to take this decision:
1. One of the founders was my direct boss and he never gave me an answer about the paternity leave policy for the company. Although he told me he will have an answer next week we had 1:1 and I didn’t have an answer.
So I could see there wasn’t important for him.
2. They don’t believe in the work-life balance, they expect to put work in the first place above your family and interests, so I knew this culture wasn’t for me since I will put my family always as the first priority
I think some people will agree with this way of thinking, specially if you’re single, you want to make money and your main living motivation is the work.
