The company is slow to react and there are a lot of changes. The culture is ok. Leadership is ok, but not outstanding and definitely not in the same calibre of other high tech accounts.

It depends where you are working within the Organization. My rating was based off of their software division autoSync where there isnt a rating yet. Please negotiate the salary hard because I do find they pay quite less than the competition.
