-Decent base pay.

-The full-cycle sales aspect is good experience to have on your resume.
Cons
-You only control half of the transaction b/c the Field Employee controls the other. They might not show up. They might be late or leave whenever they want.
-Unrealistic KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics.
-It can be extremely difficult to recover from the winter deadness. This often leads to AE (Account Executives) being put on PIPs (Performance Improvement Plan). If lofty PIP expectations are not met, you're let go. The seasonality of the construction staffing industry (high in the summer, dead in the winter) is a major reason why AEs quit or are let go after a year. Browse Other Reviews
