Decent organization. The comp plan after 1 year was poorly explained and isn’t beneficial to accept unless you have some big accounts and consistent users

Pros -Decent base pay. -Operate on your own schedule. -The full-cycle sales aspect is good experience to have on your resume. This is a terrible company. It's selling an overpriced "product" that doesn't exist. It's disappointing to the clients as well as the craftworkers. They don't take recruiting seriously. The comp plan for AE's is not motivating for them to work hard. The KPI's don't match reality. AVOID this company.
