Base is low as an Account Manager/ Executive, but the potential is high. You have to wear a lot of hats, and you are paid off profit of your jobs, not revenue, leading to variability. Product is generally good but weak in some areas, Trane prices at a premium which adds (fun) challenges to sell.

World class training. Poor base salary, with pressure to go full commission. However, the commission structure is one of the most lucrative in the industry. Decent leadership. Overall good company.

It was the best experience ever, 10/10 would recommend. It was a very collaborative and fun workplace where we all worked collectively to solve tasks at hand and meet demands as well.
