Base is low as an Account Manager/ Executive, but the potential is high. You have to wear a lot of hats, and you are paid off profit of your jobs, not revenue, leading to variability. Product is generally good but weak in some areas, Trane prices at a premium which adds (fun) challenges to sell.

Great company. Great product and name brand. Great training. Lower base salary, but higher potential commissions. Dependent on experience, territory and your own grit, one can either out earn any competitor sales person or crash and burn. High risk, high reward.
