Never felt like I was on steady ground at TransLoc. Always looking over my shoulder to see when the next layoff was and if I was going to make the cut. There were some leadership decisions that just didn’t make sense. Overall the commission used to be good until they cut it in half. Now it isn’t great and under the market average.
