Current Employee A REALLY solid company! People are salt of the earth and leadership is solid. The products are industry leading and the amount of R&D Trimble is putting into these products is exciting. Mark my words: Trimble WILL be the market leader in construction in every facet of the construction workflow. I’d hate to be on the other side competing. They give you every tool you need to be successful. Remote work for the most part but they highly encourage getting into the field as a rep.
My only gripe is the new CRO who came in. Nice guy, great vision (came from ProCore) but he really messed up the comp plan for 2025. Lots of veteran and top reps left because of this. Decreased our commission % and raised quotas by 40%+ - major devastation. Be aware - Trimble has constant changes year over year. Between comp, territory alignment, ROEs, it is a constant change YoY. Just be ready!
