Former Employee Post acquisition in 2018 we were largely left alone. We kept our foot on the gas but slowly Trimble forced a corporate hand. A lot more rules, red-tape, micromanagement. Being asked to provide more when your sector was outperforming others to fulfill the balance to hit our targets. We produce more and there are zero to little consequences to the sectors not performing. This became frustrating at times. A lot of strong leadership left and a vacuum formed and the replacements flamed out as well. Pressure cooker like environment now. Leadership only cares about you when you are producing, and that "care" comes off very fake.
