Current Employee3.1Dec 4, 2024Trinity is a wonderful organization with fantastic coworkers! That said, management overhires, which makes territory sales all the more challenging. Management also struggles to communicate clearly. It is a great working environment, but management overestimates the demand for solar in my area, which is a problem.

Current Employee3.0Aug 24, 2023Great work culture but solar companies like to tell their consumers that the solar panels are at "NO COST" and that is not true at all. There is room for a lot of growth in this company but it's hard to work in sales if you don't believe in your own product
