Former Employee3.0Feb 11, 2025An overall good experience. Working door to door was a great way to overcome fear of public speaking.

Former Employee2.3Aug 15, 2025I did well here and learned how to sell out of college. From what I remember in 2020, it wasn’t a very structured or forgiving atmosphere, but like I said, I did well so nobody was on my case. Even being one of the top producers for leads, not one deal closed for me. I still made good money regardless.

Current Employee3.3Jul 21, 2025Trinity has the bones of a solid company with decades of growth and leadership within the industry. However, geo-political set backs coupled with the companies unwillingness to adapt to newer technologies has made it harder and harder to succeed. With a high overhead, sales reps are left having to sell premium pricing to sub-premium products and service.

Current Employee3.1Dec 4, 2024Trinity is a wonderful organization with fantastic coworkers! That said, management overhires, which makes territory sales all the more challenging. Management also struggles to communicate clearly. It is a great working environment, but management overestimates the demand for solar in my area, which is a problem.
