Unfortunately I was a part of a 25% company-wide layoff just 4 months in a Triple Whale. Overall I had a great experience and the layoff came as a surprise. The direct sales leadership is great and very helpful. Inbound lead flow is great. Biggest issues are around customer retention due to Month-to-month contracting. New competition popping up constantly but Triple Whale is a leader!

Good leadership, Good Team. Comp plan changed every quarter which was annoying. Base is livable. Higher Ups make rash decisions which affect company as a whole.
