Love Triple Whale. Product market fit is strong, and leadership has a great pulse knowing where the market is going and continues to setup the team up to be ahead of the curve. Strong sales leadership, great an empowering and removing obstacles to allow the sales team to sell.

Good leadership, Good Team. Comp plan changed every quarter which was annoying. Base is livable. Higher Ups make rash decisions which affect company as a whole.

There is product market fit but recently they changed pricing to be lower which required double the amount of closed deals to hit attainment. As well as adding a free version that added about 4k users in 2 months but $0 MRR. Marketing sends 1-2 emails A DAY which kills outreach for prospects and they ultimately opt out.
