not the best leadership nor the best material management always seemed to keep the leads especially the good ones or would give them to the “seniors” who just sit in the office with 50-100 leads already either ready to receive a quote and close the same day or either receive a quote the same day and take time to think about it

All of the marketing is put into residential sales. Zero into commercial. NO incoming leads. All 100% self-generated. Quota's climbed nearly 60% YOY. No new products...no new marketing. Just because; no rationale behind it.
