This is my second passage at ttec, and my third sunset program. Unclear commission structure, lack of and support and inbound leads are volume based instead of quality. Upper management and leadership is misaligned, and I believe that's the reason the program does not prosper. As ttec works with different LOBs this is what I experienced working with Google products (Google Ads, Google Chrome, Google Cloud)

This is a BPO company so they are always closing/ sunsetting other deparments, they don't spend enough time recruiter the managers they choose and their trainings were far off from what was required in the role.
