No one earns over 100k. Not recommended working here unless you have no other options. Commission is a pool system. You win points into a bucket based on billable hours, which has been negatively manipulated by management in the facebook program I worked at. I was a top performer my largest commission was ever in 2 years as a manager was 7k, but when your base is so low its kind of underwhelming.

Please avoid this company at any costs. As a 8 year employee, this company has been run into the ground by an outdated BPO structure that focuses on lining company pockets rather than being a partner with their sales staff.
