No one earns over 100k. Not recommended working here unless you have no other options. Commission is a pool system. You win points into a bucket based on billable hours, which has been negatively manipulated by management in the facebook program I worked at. I was a top performer my largest commission was ever in 2 years as a manager was 7k, but when your base is so low its kind of underwhelming.

The company had a very strong solution set and was entrenched in a few large verticals. Their weakness lied in senior management. There were multiple organizational realignments and changes to my compensation plan.

Just like any other really large company, the focus is on the numbers. The real challenge was the #1 value was "Do The Right Thing", but it seemed like the organization often existed to do anything but. Base salaries varied widely even for those doing the same job. It was OK.
