Really cool product, that solves some important problems. Commercial leadership is lost and toxic, and it's a very political organization that cares much more about internal processes, and protecting the status quo than being efficient and helping customers. Quarterly, we re-interviewed for our jobs and every quarter they fire AEs. The sales team shrunk significantly while I was there. I would avoid Tulip as a sales rep / AE. Maybe a good place for Engineers and Developers.

Unless you are a ruthless prospector and have 5+ years of selling software to Manufactures.. you may want pause before applying. They will not train you and the base pay / commission is very low compared to other companies. If you want a great review of the current state of Tulip sales culture, I recommend looking at recent Glassdoor Reiviews from this past summer...Read More
