Current Employee Amazing product, lead gen is activity focused - AEs calling and emailing hundreds of people per week. Marketing contribution is very low, SDRs are relying on spray & prey tactics, so quality of meetings is quite poor. Base pay is the lowest I've seen in the space, leadership expects you to sell nothing / very little in the first year. By the second year, a few are doing okay but 0/30 will achieve OTE.
