Former Employee I worked at US Health for several years, and I believe it can be a valuable place for a young salesperson to cut their teeth. The environment is high-pressure with long hours, and you will learn sales strategies, discipline, and the ability to push through challenges.
That said, leadership often prioritizes the wrong things, and the culture can feel focused more on appearances than substance. Work-life balance is difficult, with many agents regularly putting in 70–80 hour weeks. While there are opportunities to make money, agents are expected to purchase their own “new” leads, while the free leads provided are often recycled.
For the right person — someone young, hungry, and eager to learn the art of sales — this can be a stepping stone. But prospective employees should go in with their eyes open about the realities of the workload, culture, and leadership approach. Browse Other Reviews
