Overall, my experience at US Cellular was fantastic. Leadership was always supportive in making sure we could hit quota and provided everything we might need to do so. Quota was reasonable and attainable month to month, and training was plentiful.

My experience working as a phone salesman was a great experience, but the opportunity to move up isn't ideal Its good for someone to get their feet wet, but a place to build a successful career

Not very great. Very minimal training on processes, management is pretty bad as well. Constantly micromanaged. Go here as a last resort
