Very poor leadership - limited career growth / opportunities to enhance ones skillset. Due to product simplicity, tenured leadership lacks knowledge on navigating strategic/complex sales. Consumption based quota results in many falling well behind with no opportunity to get back on track.

U4B leadership and culture has improved over the last year. Roles are more clearly defined and teams and pulling in the same direction. Overall a good sales org that is continuing to grow and refine. Very ambitious growth goals and an exciting time to be a part of the org.
