This is a very entry level sales role. Only get paid on first sales not for keeping the account making it difficult to grow long term business. You will build a pipeline after a while but every quarter you are starting from 0 and have to grind. Very hunter sales role. Base pay reflects entry level. I got paid the same as someone with 0 sales experience so base is set no matter your level of sales skills.

Hard sell because no one wants to talk about uniforms and floor mats and when they do 99.9% are stuck in multi year contracts. Commission is basically non existent
