As with any company if business is good, things are great but when it goes bad, a lot of that falls to the sales floor. If you're direct VP doesn't care for you, you won't get opportunity. The potential to truly make a lot of money is there but that usually falls to about 15% of the team. More people leave after a year than are actually successful. It's a very stressful job.
