Current Employee Very high quotas at 3 meetings set per day, with 1.5 of them having to hold. So you only get paid if meetings hold. Very bad micromanagement from people who dont seem to have sales experience outside this org. Very very very very bad micromanagement with obsession over KPIs (calls only) with no effort or value placed into emails or other channels. No onboarding or onramp period is truly given. After only 1 week I was judge same as every one else. Risk of PIP is constant. No real room for growth anymore. Tech stack is Salesforce and Gong. thats it. Equipment is not up to standard, good luck with your slow laptop processor. only 3 people consistently meeting quota as of today.
