My overall experience with Upkeep was not great. Compensation was less than the market average, upward mobility was very limited, and quotas were completely unattainable.

Overall, the company is just a mess. Product has stood still for too long, angering customers, and leading to a lot of competitive loss. Executives are too cheap to invest in anything. Quota for SMB reps is pretty much $50k/mo and MM is $60k/mo. Top AE only hit 50% in Q1, and there are harsh decelerators, so there is no upside.

Upkeep is really a great company to work for. Although the company is going through a leadership change at the moment the future of Upkeep is promising!

Rutterless Leadership without focus and vision. Adjusted approach weekly and then seemed surprised by adjusted results. Made to feel useless and ineffective during each interaction with my boss through demeaning statements and creating an unhealthy workplace daily.
