Product market fit mixed with product readiness has long been the challenge since launching the Uptempo platform a couple of years ago. Inflated quotas are heavily reliant on selling a product that isn’t fully ready.

The company was going through some growing pains - merging several products and rebranding. Very few leads from the inside sales group. Once the product evolution is more mature and marketing has a chance to leverage that, the sales environment should be more healthy.
