Vacasa has been it's own worst enemy. Striving to be a tech company in a traditional business field has caused identity problems and a scattered focus. Change fatigue is real. Executives change frequently, teams are constantly shuffled and territories are realigned. It's so sad, the product was excellent and the culture was the best I've experienced. If they ever stop breaking things, it's a great place to work.

The company had good support for Account Executives for the first few years I worked there. Then they completely got rid of the Outbound Sales Development team almost two years ago. They then started hiring more Account Executives and ultimately arriving at a ratio of Inbound support versus quota requirements that made the job for Account Executives almost impossible...Read More

I would recommend staying away. 5 Layoffs in 2 years, there is no job security.
