While this company is by no means meant for everyone (very high turnover), it was great for me. In order to succeed must be highly motivated, competitive, and hard working. You get out of this job what you put into it. Slackers will be gone within 2 weeks.

My overall experience was full of learning and gaining knowledge from those who have done it before me. I do not think I would continue this job if given the opportunity to because I found other jobs to be easier to some extent.
