My experience with Vector Marketing was both challenging and rewarding. It taught me how to manage my time effectively, develop strong communication skills, and handle rejection with resilience. The performance-based structure pushed me to set clear goals and stay self-motivated. While the fast-paced sales environment could be demanding, it also helped me grow professionally and personally. Overall, the experience strengthened my confidence in sales, customer service, and relationship building.

Great company to work for as a 1099. You create your own hours. Can be difficult since leads have to be generated through yourself at first but through the trade show program you can quickly acquire new clients.

My overall experience was good. Lots of career development opportunities as long as you're able to put in the work to grow your business. Similar to how you would start as a real estate agent. Great opportunity for college students to work around classes and gain valuable experience to help land a job out of college or even build a career out of it.
