Not great at all. A couple of managers scattered across the org, but all key decision making level are men of a very specific age range.

It varies region to region. No idea regarding the actual devops side of the business. There are some fairly senior and powerful women but most are on the operations, channel, and marketing side of the business. In fact, the women dominate these areas of leadership all the way up to one level below CXO. CXO level is where female representation falls apart. There is a goal to improve this from the CEO and the organization has an internally sponsored Women in IT group - but I have found that it doesn't really do much practically useful. From what I experienced in my region - diversity including women has been pretty good overall but shifts over time. It's not high in the end user sales team where tech literacy is a key success factor for solution sales. Keep in mind, that when you are trying to hire the best person for the job - if the candidate pool for a role has a low applicant rate from a gender, then the pool of final candidates will outweigh that gender as well. Correcting gender disproportion in the workplace needs to start with changes to societal upbringing norms, and university/college programs to ensure enough women or minorities are being trained in a field and stick it through to the end. One thing I learned at university was that many universities have problems with women dropping out of degrees like engineering due to gross behavior of a very male dominated classroom - further reducing he number of women entering the workforce in that industry.
