Overall I am satisfied. The comp is relatively fair but not super aggressive. We are paid on both Saas and Services. Since we are a Microsoft partner, we are services driven so we are paid well on the services. It's a tough market in the Microsoft channel, but if you are able to excel then you can make good money here - just have to sell A LOT.

There is a lot of change going on. New PE firm and many new execs. We have a good CEO but interim CRO. I think we are heading in the right direction.
