There is a lot of change going on. New PE firm and many new execs. We have a good CEO but interim CRO. I think we are heading in the right direction. But sales have been very challenging and we are struggling overall. Making lots of changes around sales process and approach. They have added significant headcount so hard to know how that will shake out. It's a tough market and the Microsoft products are pretty good overall in the ERP space.

Overall I am satisfied. The comp is relatively fair but not super aggressive. We are paid on both Saas and Services. Since we are a Microsoft partner, we are services driven so we are paid well on the services. It's a tough market in the Microsoft channel, but if you are able to excel then you can make good money here - just have to sell A LOT.

Lots of changes in leadership. Very unclear direction of where the team is going. The comp structure needs to change to retain high quality sales professionals.
