Current Employee Vercel struggles with a lack of leadership support, leaving employees without clear direction or backing. The inbound lead flow is minimal, forcing teams to rely heavily on partners for revenue rather than a strong internal strategy. There’s no real ownership of problems, and leadership shows little commitment to addressing critical issues. As a result, half of the local GTM team left last year. The ANZ market, in particular, suffers from a severe undercommitment of resources, making it difficult to compete effectively.
