New AI product has allowed for more opportunity in accounts that were never going to buy Vercel's core platform. PLG motion is extremely strong, but a lot of the opportunities that Reps had to upsell and nurture growing teams has been replaced by non-sales roles, which have decreased the amount of upsells in general. Still strong inbound flow for both products, but a lot of competition in boths spaces.
