Terrible sales culture that has no clear direction. Sales leadership is laughably incompetent. The product side of Vercel is really legit but sales runs as a completely separate and dysfunctional part of the org. They also changed comp structure in 2024 to make it nearly impossible to hit OTE.

the company is incredible overall but the culture and leadership is not the best. sales leadership is still trying to figure out how to run a successful go to market function
