My experience was a few years ago. Essentially the sales and account teams secured intent to purchase from top 60% of targeted customers but unable to close ultimately as the product was never developed and ready for actual use. Deal process came to a screeching halt at the point they wanted to see a live demo of working product end to end.

Poor, runs like a start up although its pubic with too much of a marketing budget and not enough of a sales one. Product rules this company and instead of focusing on what works the CEO cares to focus on "the next big thing". SDRs have all or nothing commission and sales is constantly pressured to perform when the rest of the company is the real problem. Way better...Read More
