We laid off a majority of our support staff and had a mess of customers who were incredibly upset with us-not to mention contract enforcing many companies as a means to retain business.

Former Employee4.3Sep 3, 2024I thoroughly enjoyed (and prospered) at Verizon... it WAS a great company, but then "the woke generation" took over. Inexperienced MBAs with little experience and grandiose imaginations were appointed to senior roles with little merit, and promptly drove our stock from the mid $50's to $32 in just 18 months... but is was awesome for those 6 years
