VICTRA is a great place to work! Management and Staff are wonderful people, VICTRA environment seems family oriented every treats you well. It's not very competitive, you and your coworkers work together to find the solution for your customers. That being said there are some glaring issues with the commission structure, keep in mind it was better, than it was when I started, but the pay can still be lacking. There are 3 tiers of stores Blue, Green, and Gray. Blue are high volume stores there commission % pay if a few percentages lower than Green or Gray, but realistically that doesn't matter, because they're traffic is so high it's easier for sales. Inflation keeps getting higher, Green Stores are livable in these times if you are on top 15 of your district( including blue stores in leaderboard). Even with these issues it's still a great place to work and I appreciate all I have learned here. I knew nothing about sales previously but I've gained mass confidence in my abilities over the time I have spent here. VICTRA may have its issues with pay structure, but I can confidently say this is one of the best places I've worked.

My overall experience was sub par, Leadership was always an issue in some regard. There is a lot of confusion and people just reacting rather that being proactive. Also the company is stuck in the dark age of technology and takes many shortcuts that result in making every task much harder than it should be.

Worked for 4 years, the culture was good, pay was decent but went down hill under new management. Hours and work schedule are not consistent.
