Also the company is stuck in the dark age of technology and takes many shortcuts that result in making every task much harder than it should be.

Although even though the compensation is technically (uncapped) it’s base compensation is not enough to live off, and in the Midwest with low foot traffic it’s hard to make more than 2 Sales a day.
