Former Employee Good products for the market. Some good employees with a long history in market. Income can be good but you have to be on the right team to get it. Very unbalanced. If on the wrong team it's very hard to make money. Senior leadership has not taken steps to correct course for two years. Current leadership culture is not good. You are given platitudes and promises that are not kept. Decisions made at the Trimble level with very bad data. Leadership knows the problems but will not advocate for sales team. Fear culture has crept in. When people leave, leadership will not admit the cause. So many sales people looking for another job. Would not recommend at all for a sales role with the current leadership.
